Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 6 days before pickup are subject to a $50 fee; the remaining balance will be credited toward a future transport. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of transport day are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. 

If K9 Delivery must reschedule due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future trip.
