CANCELLATION POLICY AND IMPORTANT NOTICES
Cancellations made 6 days before pickup are subject to a $50 fee; the remaining balance will be credited toward a future transport. Cancellations made within 48 hours of transport day are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. If K9 Delivery must reschedule due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future trip. ________________________________________________ DISCLAIMER K9 Delivery LLC is dedicated to providing the highest standards of care for every animal we transport. Our team performs regular crate checks, keeps fresh water available at all times, and travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with multiple drivers to ensure continuous monitoring. Because many of the pets we transport come directly from rescues or shelters, complete medical histories are often unavailable. While we review all documentation and require a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), we cannot guarantee the absence of undisclosed or undiagnosed health conditions. By booking transport with Canine Delivery LLC, the pet’s owner, foster, rescue representative, or authorized agent acknowledges and agrees that: We take every reasonable precaution to protect the safety and well-being of all animals during transit. We are not responsible for any pre-existing, undisclosed, or unknown medical conditions, or for any illness, injury, or medical event that may occur during or after transport. We are not responsible for complications or conditions arising from recent surgeries, illnesses, treatments, or other health issues that were not disclosed to Canine Delivery LLC prior to transport. Responsibility for such matters rests solely with the sending party or pet owner. Any veterinary care required during transport will be sought as soon as practicable, and all related costs are the responsibility of the pet’s owner, foster, or authorized agent. This disclaimer is intended to limit liability only to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived. ________________________________________________ SCHEDULE NOTICE Schedules vary depending on the route and dates. Since they are not fixed, they are announced one week before the departure date.
